AGM 2026: Club Committee Nominations - due by Friday 20th February

Dear Members,

We welcome nominations for Club Committee at the AGM.

As a reminder, your current Club Committee members are as follows:

Club Chair - Caroline Beck
Club Vice-Chair Robert (Bob) Henderson
Chair of Tennis - Bernard Stilwell
Member Representative - Manjit Roseghini
Director of Membership - George Ranson
Director of Clubhouse and Grounds - John Barton
Social Secretary - Virunee Viravong
Treasurer - Caroline Beck
Executive Secretary - Robert (Bob) Henderson

Caroline, Bob, John and Virunee have each expressed an intention to seek re-election for 2026. The Chair of Tennis and Members Representative have each served their intended three year term. They can be re-elected but only if no other nominees are presented for those roles. As mentioned, the current Director of Membership is not seeking re-election and the role is being merged with Member Representative.

As a reminder, the process for nomination is that interested members must be nominated by 2 tennis members and consent to act as a director of the Club. Nominations must be received at least 10 days prior to the AGM (ie.February 20, 2026) to the Executive Secretary and Member Representative at the following e-mail addresses using this nomination form https://oldcollege.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/NominationForm-2026.pdf

The roles of Treasurer and Executive Secretary are appointed roles which are confirmed at the AGM. For Treasurer, the Club Committee intends to appoint Andrew Speller as Treasurer. For Executive Secretary, the Club Committee has appointed Alyson Fox. These appointments are intended to be endorsed at the AGM.
