Club Privacy Statement

Dear Member

As you may be aware, new General Data Protection Regulations came into force on 25th May. This means we have had to review and change the way that we collect and use your personal data (name, contact details). To comply with GDPR we have updated the club Privacy Statement , which sets out how we deal with your data, and describes your rights. The Privacy Policy can be found on the club website at the link below and a copy will be placed in the clubhouse. We will continue to send you periodic emails with news about club developments and events, in accordance with the Privacy Statement.

We wish to reassure you that we will treat your data carefully. The Club will not share information, such as telephone numbers or email addresses, without your consent.

What you need to do:

If you are happy for your contact information to be shared with other members through the Club Website you must specifically authorise this in your settings in MyCourts . If you do not do this, your contact details will not be available to other members. To review your privacy settings, and either authorise or block your details being available to other members, please log in to MyCourt on the Club Website, and review your settings on the "Members Directory" page.
