OC Clubhouse '26: How you can contribute

The Summer Season of Fundraising is in full swing.
NOW is the time to donate.
Don’t hold back!

Here's How You Can Contribute

1. Make a Donation

The simplest way to support the project is by making a <£1,000 donation through our JustGiving page.

Every contribution helps, regardless of size. Particularly, if you are a UK tax payer as we also claim back 25% of your donation in GiftAid.

Also, keep an eye out for the QR codes around the club: scan with your phone to go directly to the JustGiving page.

2. Your own fundraising initiative

This is the most fun - Run your own sponsored XXX! (Cake sales, world record attempts, fun runs….)

Create your own fundraising page
Link to our campaign page https://www.justgiving.com/
Select OC Clubhouse '26 as the charity name
Liaise with James Ireson (jeireson@sky.com / 07950 223449) if content needed

3. Make a Significant Donation

Members considering donations of £1,000 should contact Caroline directly. The Club would like to recognise members making significant contributions to OC Clubhouse ‘26. While details are still being finalised, recognition is expected to reflect the level of support provided.

  • £1,000+
  • £2,500+
  • £5,000+
  • £10,000+
  • £25,000+

These donations are best handled directly rather than through JustGiving.

4. Provide an Interest-Free Loan

Several members have asked whether they can support the project through an interest-free loan to the Club. Loans can be made:

  • From £5,000 upwards
  • Thereafter in multiples of £1,000

Member loans help reduce external borrowing costs while supporting delivery of the project.

5. Sponsorship, Naming Opportunities & Major Gifts

Members, families or businesses interested in making a substantial contribution, discussing sponsorship opportunities or exploring naming opportunities are invited to contact Bob directly: rjhend3003@gmail.com

These conversations will be handled individually and confidentially.

**

Whether through a donation, participation in fundraising events, an interest-free loan, sponsorship or a major gift, every contribution helps us move closer to delivering a clubhouse that will serve Old College members for decades to come.

Thank you for your support.
