ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE 2022

Members are warmly invited to attend OCLTC’s 2022 AGM. On the night you will elect Committee members as well as review the past year's activities, including the Club’s accounts.

If any member wants to stand for an elected position the deadline for nominations is 18th June 2022. Details on how to nominate and other relevant information are given on the nomination form which is available here, on our website or it can be obtained from the Executive Secretary (joyjackson_uk@yahoo.com). The positions to be elected at the AGM are listed below.

If you cannot be present and wish to vote for any resolution tabled, you may only vote in writing delivered by hand or by post to the Executive Secretary, OCLTC, 10 Gallery Road, SE21 7AB at least 24 hours before the AGM. Nominations received will be posted on both the notice board in the Clubhouse as well as on the Club’s website. Note that positions that are not contested will not require to be voted on. Finally it is possible to stand for a position even if you are unable to attend the AGM.
