KEY DATES

The deadline for entry is Sunday May 21st.

The tournament will take place from June 17th to July 1st

For events with a large number of entries we will have a qualifying round the week commencing 10th June.

All finals will be played on Finals Day on July 1st. You must be available on this date if you reach a final.

The Championships

The Tournament Director is our Head Coach, Alex Heath.

Matches for all adult events will be played at weekends and in the evenings and will be scheduled by Alex using LTA tournament planner. All courts have been booked and you will not have to arrange matches or book courts.

You must be available to play for the majority of the 2-week period of the Championships. We understand that there may be work or personal commitments and we will try and accommodate you if you cannot play on 2-3 dates during this period (please provide us with advance notice, if this is the case). If you cannot play when scheduled or at a reasonable alternative time, then you will have to forfeit the match. The decision of the Tournament director is final.

Junior matches will be played during the normal after-school club period: 4pm - 6.30pm.

Results for all events will be entered into the LTA Tournament planner daily and all members will be able to keep up to date with results and draws..

How to enter

This year, all entries will be managed through the LTA Tournament planner. This means that results will be recorded and will contribute to your World Tennis Number.

You MUST be a LTA Advantage member. This is free and very easy to join, just go to this link: https://www.lta.org.uk/advantage/
